Well, I have tried twice to get the free copy of Serial Killers Unsolved. I just end up in a loop from the email I get back to this page. Every time I click on the "Click here to claim your FREE book" the same thing happens. I got here from the link at the end of The Deadly Dozen which I got on Amazon.
Hi Tom, sorry for the hassles you're having. The link on this page "Click here to claim your FREE book" sends you to a sign up page. Once you enter and submit your e-mail, you will get a mail with the download link to Serial Killers Unsolved. If that is not happening please drop me a line at robertkeller.author@gmail.com and we'll get it sorted out. Best regards, Rob.
If it helps others (I got mine), there are actually 2 emails to consider. The first it to have you confirm that you want to subscribe. The second is to confirm that you HAVE subscribed. It is within this second email that you can find the link to your free book. Robert, did I misrepresent anything here??? David
David, you are spot on. It is the double opt-in that most e-mail providers insist on. I'm looking at refining the process at the moment, so hopefully I can remove any confusion for future subscribers.
I got mine but they have all disappeared. I had started reading one and I an now so disappointed. It tells me they are no longer valid. I have not had them long enough to finish reading one.
